DECLARATION OF FAITH

 

We Believe...

In the One, the True and the Living GOD. He is Elohim, who is the Creator of all things, and all things belong to Him.

We believe in His Eternal Existence, His Omnipresence and Omniscient and Sovereign Nature and His Unlimited and

Unconditional Love, demonstrated by the giving of His only begotten Son, JESUS CHRIST!  

 

In Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living GOD and His Divinity, both 100% Man and 100% God. The Christ who is the

Author and Finisher and Foundation of our Faith, who by His sacrificial love and the shedding of His blood for our sins,

econciled us to the Father by his death, and through His Resurrection receiving the gift of Eternal Life by grace through

Faith, if we Believe.

 

 In the accession of the Lord Jesus Christ, preceding the dispatching of the Holy Ghost down from heaven on the Day of Pentecost. Now Jesus sits at the right hand of the Father making intercession for us as our Advocate.  

 

In the Person and Office of the Holy Ghost, who is the gift of the Spirit of God to be indwelled in the Believer. He is the Promise sent down to be the Witness, the Power and the Authority in our life to effectively and authoritatively perform and accomplish the Kingdom Purpose of GOD on the earth and to live according to Kingdom Principles, letting our light so shine in the World.

 

That the Pentecostal baptism of the Holy Ghost and fire is obtainable by a definite act of appropriating faith on the part of the fully cleansed believer, and the initial evidence of the reception of this experience is speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives us utterance.

 

In the verbal and plenary inspiration of the Holy Scriptures, known as the Bible, composed of sixty-six books and divided into two departments, Old and New Testaments. We believe the Bible is the Word of God, the full and complete revelation of the plan and history of redemption....no word needed to be added or taken away.

 

We believe it is the responsibility of every believer to dedicate his life to carrying out the work of the Great Commission given by JESUS CHRIST.

 

OUR MISSION

 

EODM is Family, a Congregation within the Body of Christ (The CHURCH) that is empowered by Faith and led by the Spirit, driven by Love and directed by Vision and Purposed to:

Reach and draw those that are Lost by displaying the love of GOD, letting our light so shine, through witness, encouragement and outreach and the sharing of the Gospel of Jesus Christ...proclaiming His Name throughout our community, state, nation and world.

To encourage, engage and strengthen the believer through preaching, teaching, instructing and guidance through the Word of GOD’s, principles, precepts, laws and commandments.

To raise up and develop Disciples for Kingdom work in winning souls, reaching the lost, helping and praying for the needy.... this training is for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edification of the Body of Christ, and the manifestation of the five-fold ministry in the Church.

To create a loving, learning and spirit-filled atmosphere conducive for one to express praise and worship to God. To be a house of prayer, refuge, healing and restoration for all, and that the glory of God will be manifested and exhibited in this place.
